SHIPPING POLicy FOR EU COUNTRIES

(EXCEPT SPAIN & PORTUGAL)

  • Shipments are made by courier service - (UPS) . Due to the COVID-19 crisis, shipments may be slightly delayed by the carrier.
    Shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (21% VAT), but no other tax, fee, tariff or surcharge.
    It is understood as sending the delivery of the products at the address specified by the client during the check-out process of the order. We deliver to the countries listed below.

  • K&S Papelería delivers orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 24 hours during working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation of payment of the order by the customer. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service. However we are here to help resolve any issues you may have with our courier service. Once the package is delivered to the courier service, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment. We will inform you of any unforeseen delays if applicable.

  • The shipment includes one attempt for shipments outside of Spain. If the recipient is absent he/she is left a UPS InfoNotice (provided that they tried but were unable to deliver your package) with the data of the office where it will be possible to collect the shipment OR you can choose to have UPS attempt another delivery – they will make up to three delivery attempts. After the third delivery attempt your package may be returned to the us.

  • You can calculate exact shipping costs for your order in the shopping cart.

  • Customers are responsible for receiving or collecting their packages and for ensuring that we have their correct and complete shipping address and contact information. We will not refund shipping costs including return shipping costs if these conditions are not respected.

RETURN AND REFUND

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the day you receive the products. For this we ask you to notify us in writing by email to info@kands.es indicating the necessary data to locate the purchase. For our part, the moment we receive your mail, we will communicate, through an email, the reception of it, indicating the process to follow.

  • Important Note:Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kands.es before returning your order. This will help ensure that the process runs smoothly.

  • In order to comply with the refunds deadline, the communication relating to the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

  • In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to K&S Papelería (defective product or product that does not coincide with the reference purchased) K&S Papelería will be in charge of collecting the products and/or exchanging them for the correct one, taking charge of the costs associated with this return and/or exchange.

  • In the event that the return is due to causes non-attributable to K&S Papelería being such as changes in color, size or other characteristics, which are due to a change of opinion or error on the part of the customer at the time of making the purchase, the customer must send the products to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging (without being opened), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the products.

  • In case of return K&S Papelería will reimburse the customer all payments received except shipping costs. For the free shipping orders, we will reduce the shipping fees according to the shipping cost of the SHIPPING INFORMATION AND COST above .The direct cost of returning the products must also be paid by the customer being . K&S Papelería will proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date on which we have received the return items and checked the condition of the items are unused and in the original packaging (the product packaging not the original shipping box) and will do so using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction. K&S Papelería reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns:

  •  From outside of the European Union, due to the fact that the goods will have to clear customs again on re-entering the European Union. Please contact us before purchasing if you need more information on a product, we will be happy to help you make the right decision. 

  • For custom, special and pre-orders, since the item(s) will have been reserved, ordered and/or made specifically for the customer. We recommend contacting us before ordering, we will be happy to help you make the right decision.

  • Of goods which have been used, marked, waxed or any other act that means that they are no longer new and unused.

  •  That are for goods or services not purchased from our store (www.kands.es). This includes all goods and services purchased from other stores that are completely unrelated legally or otherwise.
