Cómo canjear una tarjeta de regalo
Después de que el destinatario reciba su tarjeta regalo, puede canjearla comprando productos e introduciendo el código de la tarjeta regalo en el área de pago. Puede aplicar la tarjeta regalo a nuestro web shop. Los clientes no pueden usar tarjetas regalo para comprar en nuestro tienda física.
Las tarjetas regalo se aplican al total del pedido, incluidos impuestos, gastos de envío y cualquier tarifa por transacción. Si el total del pedido supera el valor de la tarjeta regalo, pagará el importe restante utilizando los métodos de pago aceptados en la tienda u otra tarjeta regalo.
Si el total de su pedido es inferior al valor de la tarjeta de regalo, puede completar el proceso de pago sin otro método de pago. El importe aplicado y el valor restante se muestran en el cuadro gris y en la recepción del pedido.

How to buy a gift card

How to redeem a gift card
After the recipient received their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code in the payment area. Recipient can apply the gift card to our web shop only. Customers cannot use gift cards to purchase products at our physical shop.
Gift cards are applied to the total order, including taxes, shipping costs, and any transaction fees. If the total of the order exceeds the value of the gift card, you will pay the remaining amount using the payment methods accepted in the store or another gift card.
If the total of your order is less than the value of the gift card, you can complete the payment process without another payment method. The amount applied and the remaining value are shown in the gray box and on receipt of the order.
