El cuero Tochigi es un cuero de curtido vegetal procesado cuidadosamente mediante el método de curtido en fosa durante un periodo prolongado.
Posteriormente, el cuero se trata con aceite en toda su estructura interna para lograr un acabado tipo "pull-up". Al doblarlo o flexionarlo, los aceites se desplazan ligeramente, creando sutiles zonas más claras y un carácter único que evoca el uso y el paso del tiempo.
Se aplica una fina capa de resina en la superficie, lo que le confiere un tacto suave y seco.
Las fibras del cuero son compactas y firmes, pero la abundancia de aceites le aporta una textura suave, flexible y ligeramente elástica, haciendo que sea agradable al tacto y al uso continuado.

[About the Leather – Tochigi Leather Pull-Up]
Tochigi Leather is a vegetable-tanned leather carefully processed through pit tanning over an extended period.
The leather is then treated with oil throughout its core to create a pull-up finish. When folded or bent, the oils shift slightly, producing subtle lightened areas and a unique, lived-in character.
A thin resin coating is applied to the surface, giving it a smooth, dry-to-the-touch feel.
The leather fibers are tightly structured and firm, yet the abundant oils give it a soft, supple, and slightly springy texture, making it a pleasure to touch and use over time.
